AudioBook Atlas

As a listener, I was immediately drawn into the complex world of Aurelian, an emperor as flawed as he is formidable. Peever's narration is a treat, his deep, resonant voice perfectly suited to the machinations of power and the clashing of swords. The pacing is excellent, balancing intense battle scenes with quieter moments of political maneuvering. My only critique is that some secondary characters could have been more fully developed. However, this is a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding audiobook that combines the best of ancient history and modern thrillers.
