As someone who's played the games, I was curious how the story would translate to audiobook. I'm pleased to say, it's an immersive experience. Kemp and Wilds deliver standout performances, making each character distinct and compelling. The pacing is spot on, capturing the tension of the chase and the quiet moments of reflection. The production quality is excellent, with sound effects and music that truly enhance the listening experience. However, I found the French accents a bit hit or miss, which occasionally pulled me out of the story.
