AudioBook Atlas

As an audiobook editor, I have to say that I was thoroughly engrossed in 'Assassins' from the opening pages. Dirk Patton's performance is phenomenal, bringing a level of emotional depth and intensity to the story that's hard to match. One of the things that really impressed me was the way Patton navigated the book's complex narrative, effortlessly shifting between multiple perspectives and plot threads. That being said, I did find the pacing to be a bit uneven at times, with some scenes feeling a tad rushed or truncated. Additionally, I wished for a bit more character development, particularly when it came to some of the supporting cast. However, these are minor quibbles in an otherwise gripping and intense listen. If you're a fan of war fiction or suspense, 'Assassins' is definitely worth your time – just be prepared for a wild ride!
