As someone who's always been curious about Polish cuisine but never quite knew where to start, this audiobook was a delightful discovery. Kelli Helle's narration is pitch-perfect, capturing the essence of Babcia's warmth and wisdom. She doesn't just read the recipes, she tells the stories behind them, making each dish come alive. The pacing is excellent, neither rushed nor boring, keeping you engaged throughout. I particularly loved the 'Babcia's Tips' scattered throughout - little nuggets of wisdom that make the recipes feel more authentic. However, I did find the pronunciation of some Polish words a bit off, which was a minor distraction. Overall, this audiobook is a wonderful way to explore Polish cuisine, and I can't wait to try out the recipes myself.
