As someone who loves a good romantic suspense, I was hooked from the get-go. Hackett's writing is sharp and engaging, with a great balance of action and emotional depth. The story moves at a steady clip, keeping you on the edge of your seat, and the chemistry between the leads is off the charts. Dalton and York are a dream team, their voices perfectly capturing the tension and passion between our two leads. My only critique is that the pacing slows slightly in the middle, but it's a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent listen. Overall, Burn the World Down is a standout audiobook that's perfect for listeners who like their romance with a side of danger.
