Katrina Medina's narration is the star of the show in Daddy's Submissive Girl. She masterfully portrays Millie's vulnerability and strength, making her a character you can't help but root for. The story itself is a wild ride, with twists and turns that had me questioning my initial perceptions of both Millie and Brad. The pacing is excellent, balancing tension and release perfectly. However, the story does lean heavily into the 'enemies to lovers' trope, which may feel overdone to some listeners. Despite this, Winters' unique take on the trope, coupled with Medina's exceptional narration, makes Daddy's Submissive Girl a compelling listen. I only wish the ending had been a bit more satisfying, but overall, it's a gripping audiobook that's perfect for fans of dark, intense romance.
