Dangerous Grounds

As someone who enjoys a good sea adventure, I was drawn to Dangerous Grounds right from the start. Corey M. Snow's narration is top-notch, with a rich and varied vocal performance that brings each character to life. His pacing is spot-on, keeping the story moving at a breakneck speed without ever feeling rushed. What I particularly appreciated about this audiobook is how it balances thrilling action sequences with moments of character development and emotional depth. The story of an unlikely team of American operatives taking on terrorists and drug syndicates in the Caribbean is both timely and captivating. However, at times, the book's reliance on exposition can feel a bit heavy-handed, and some of the technical jargon around naval operations may be challenging for non-experts to follow. Despite these minor issues, Dangerous Grounds is an engrossing listen that I would highly recommend to fans of sea adventures and action-packed thrillers.
