As a lifelong football fan, I found Danish Dynamite utterly engrossing. Le Page's narration is a joy, his ability to switch between accents and inflections bringing the characters and their stories to life. Erikson's writing is engaging and insightful, providing a fascinating blend of historical context and personal anecdotes. The pacing is spot on, building to a climax that had me on the edge of my seat, reliving the tension and triumph of the 1992 European Championship. My only critique is that I wish there were more details about the cultural and political backdrop that shaped this remarkable team. But that's a minor quibble in an otherwise excellent audiobook.
