I thoroughly enjoyed the narration by Kristin James, as she perfectly captured the tension and intrigue of Debt of Blood. Her voice kept me engaged throughout the story, and I found myself completely immersed in the dark and mysterious world Hayes has created. The pacing was well-executed, with the perfect balance of action, romance, and world-building. However, I did feel that some of the secondary characters could have been more developed to provide additional depth to the story.
