AudioBook Atlas

I was hooked from the first chapter. The tension between our heroine, a demon slayer with a secret, and the escaped demon she's hunting is palpable. Schroeder's narration captures this tension beautifully, her voice shifting seamlessly between the gritty action sequences and the tender, romantic moments. The pacing is perfect, balancing intense battles with quieter, character-driven scenes. My only critique is that some of the world-building info-dumps could have been integrated more smoothly into the narrative. But overall, Dragon's Gift is a fantastic listen that I'd highly recommend to fans of paranormal romance and urban fantasy.
