Fear the Reaper

I was hooked from the first chapter. Hamilton's narration is outstanding, his ability to switch between tough-guy action and tender, intimate moments is truly impressive. The story moves at a breakneck pace, with just the right amount of twists and turns to keep you guessing. I loved the dynamic between Ryan 'Reaper' Hamilton and his K9 partner, and the way their bond deepened throughout the story. My only critique is that I wish there had been more time spent on the romantic tension between Ryan and Kate, but that's a small quibble in an otherwise excellent listen.
