Rachel Dulude's narration is nothing short of exceptional; she brings Dana Bowman's words to life with an unforced authenticity that draws you deeply into the narrative. The first few chapters are particularly powerful, where Bowman shares her lowest moments with raw honesty, making the journey towards recovery feel intensely personal. However, there were a couple of sections in the latter part of the audiobook where the pacing slowed down slightly, leading to a few minor drag points. Despite this, the overall experience is overwhelmingly positive; it's a must-listen for those who want an unflinching look at addiction and recovery.
