As someone who often reviews children’s audio books, I was pleasantly surprised by ‘Caves’ narrated by an uncredited voice artist. The narration is clear and engaging, making it easy for young listeners to follow along. Each segment covers a new aspect of cave formation, from the water that carves them out over time to the volcanic eruptions that create others. The pacing is just right, with each concept given enough time to be explained without feeling overwhelming. However, I found some of the technical terms used, like ‘stalactites’ and ‘stalagmites,’ might need a bit more explanation for complete clarity. Overall, it’s an excellent introduction to caves that will likely inspire young listeners to delve deeper into nature's secrets.
