Laurie Catherine Winkel’s narration is a standout feature in Cloud of Destruction. Her ability to convey Jynn Devhro's emotional depth and the intensity of battle scenes makes each moment feel vividly real. The story, while dark at times, never fails to keep listeners on edge with its fast-paced action and surprising twists. However, some might find the pacing a bit rushed, particularly in certain dialogue-heavy sections. Despite this minor critique, the overall production quality is exceptional, and it’s clear that both M. L. Reid and Winkel have poured their hearts into crafting an unforgettable audiobook experience.
