Dead America: Lowcountry Books 13-18

Aaron Smith’s narration is nothing short of brilliant, bringing out the raw emotions and desperate urgency of the story with ease. His performances are nuanced, capturing every character's distinct voice while maintaining an overall sense of dread that keeps you on edge. The pacing is impeccable, making the 11 hours fly by as you race to find out what happens next. However, some might find the plot twists a bit predictable, and there are moments where the narrative feels slightly rushed, almost as if the story was trying too hard to fit everything into one volume. Despite these minor flaws, Dead America: Lowcountry Books 13-18 remains a gripping listen that will keep you hooked until the very end.
