Jon Culshaw’s narration in 'Dr. No' is nothing short of exceptional. His British accent lends authenticity to each character, particularly Bond's suave and intelligent persona. The pacing is just right – not too rushed, yet never dragging, ensuring that listeners remain on the edge of their seats throughout. One minor critique is the occasional over-acting in some of the supporting characters, which can sometimes distract from the main narrative. However, this is a minor quibble against an otherwise stellar audiobook experience. The suspense builds effectively, and Culshaw’s delivery adds a layer of depth that elevates Fleming's classic plot to new heights.
