Angus King’s performance is nothing short of stellar, perfectly capturing the monotony and intensity of a CCTV operator's role while subtly hinting at his dark inner world. His narration adds an eerie undercurrent that enhances the story's atmosphere. The pacing is impeccable, maintaining a steady build-up of tension even when the narrative slows down for quieter moments. However, some of the supporting characters feel underdeveloped, which can be jarring amidst the otherwise polished storytelling. Despite this minor critique, ‘I’ll Be Watching You’ is an engaging and atmospheric listen that will keep you on edge until the very last moment.
