AudioBook Atlas

I dove headfirst into Jigsaw of Souls, and I'm still reeling from the experience. John Pirhalla's performance is exceptional – he brings a level of nuance to the characters that's rare in audiobooks. His portrayal of Vincent's inner turmoil is haunting, and I found myself questioning what was real and what was just Vincent's deluded perception. The pacing is expertly handled, with Fortey's clever plotting keeping me on the edge of my seat. If I have any criticisms, it's that the supporting cast could be fleshed out further – sometimes it feels like they're relegated to the background, merely serving to further Vincent's story. Additionally, some listeners may find the supernatural elements a bit predictable, but for me, that was a minor quibble in an otherwise captivating tale.
