I found Dr. Robbins' narration to be incredibly soothing and genuine. Her tone is soft yet firm, never overwhelming but always captivating. The first few chapters felt slightly dry as she laid out her background, but soon enough, the personal stories began to flow, making it hard to look away. One of my critiques is that some of the technical explanations could have benefited from a bit more clarity; however, these moments were minor and did not detract significantly from the overall experience. The pacing was perfect—neither too fast nor too slow—and the production quality was excellent. Highly recommended for anyone seeking wisdom on life’s greatest questions.
