Reign of Embers

The narration by Bridget and Jake Bordeaux is nothing short of spectacular. Their voices are so well-suited to their characters, you’ll find yourself fully invested in every scene, even during the most intense action sequences. The story itself is a thrilling mix of dragon lore and forbidden romance that keeps you on edge until the very end. The pacing is just right – not too slow or rushed – making it easy to lose track of time as you follow the characters through their journey. However, there are moments where the dialogue feels slightly forced, particularly in some of the more emotional scenes, which occasionally break the immersive spell. Despite this minor critique, Reign of Embers remains a must-listen for anyone who enjoys fantasy romances with a bit of heat and depth.
