The narrative unfolds at a steady pace that keeps you engrossed without feeling rushed. Segev’s storytelling is both meticulous and moving, painting a vivid picture of a man whose life was intertwined with some of history's darkest chapters. A standout element is the detailed account of Wiesenthal's encounters with former Nazis, which are particularly harrowing and insightful. However, there were moments where I wished for more contextual background on key historical events to fully grasp their impact on Wiesenthal’s mission.
