Timothy Morgan’s narration is nothing short of stellar, bringing Gene Healy's text to life with impeccable pacing and nuanced inflections. The first few chapters might be a bit dense for casual listeners, but they soon reveal their worth as the book unfolds its argument. Morgan’s ability to inject dry political theory with subtle humor keeps the ear engaged throughout. One downside is that while Healy does an excellent job of critiquing overreach, there could have been more emphasis on the positive aspects of presidential leadership. Still, this audiobook offers a thought-provoking journey through the heart of American governance.
