Tom Stechschulte’s narration is nothing short of masterful in The Inquisitor’s Key. His ability to convey the intensity of the forensic investigations seamlessly adds layers to the story, making it hard to look away from your listening device. The pacing is impeccable; each chapter builds upon the last, culminating in a finale that feels both satisfying and surprising. However, at times, the complexity of medical jargon might slow down the more casual listener. Despite this minor critique, Jefferson Bass continues to prove why his Body Farm series remains a standout in forensic fiction.
