The Invictus

Chad Loomis’ performance in 'The Invictus' is nothing short of stellar. His ability to differentiate between the various characters—whether it be through subtle shifts in pitch or distinct accents—is impressive and keeps the listener engaged throughout the nine hours and thirty-nine minutes. The story unfolds with a perfect balance, offering moments of intense action alongside deep character development that makes every battle both physical and emotional. However, at times, the pacing can feel slightly uneven, especially during quieter sections where the narrative might struggle to maintain momentum. Nonetheless, these minor critiques do little to detract from an overall captivating listening experience.
