The Keepers of the Keys

Fiona Hardingham's narration is a true highlight; she imbues each character with unique tones that feel as natural as hearing the characters speak themselves. The ice clock’s ominous tick-tock becomes almost palpable in her delivery. Yet, the story can feel slightly predictable at times, bogging down into some of its more descriptive passages. Still, it’s hard to resist the allure of Stellan and Jytte’s daring escapades as they battle against the relentless frost. This audiobook is a must-listen for fans of action-packed animal adventures, especially those with a keen ear for vivid storytelling.
