Three Act Tragedy

Clive Merrison’s narration sets the tone for an engrossing listen, his Poirot imbued with just the right mix of intellect and warmth. The interplay between Sir Charles Cartwright, Mr Satterthwaite, and Sir Bartholomew Strange adds layers to the story, making each character distinct and compelling. However, some might find the narrative slightly slow at times, bogged down by an abundance of dialogue. Nonetheless, the overall suspense keeps listeners hooked until the very end. The production quality is top-notch, with clear sound and well-orchestrated background details that enhance the Cornish setting.
