Three Burials

Louise Mai Newberry's narration is nothing short of stellar, infusing every scene with a sense of urgency and exhilaration. Her portrayal of Cherry is captivating; you can almost feel her rebellious spirit and the weight of her journey. The story's pacing is impeccable, balancing suspenseful chase scenes with poignant moments of reflection. However, at times the narrative feels slightly disjointed, as if it might benefit from a more cohesive structure to fully capitalize on its potential. Despite this minor flaw, 'Three Burials' remains an engrossing listen that will keep you hooked until the very end.
