Tom Lennon's performance as Dr. Norman Gill is nothing short of brilliant. His deep and controlled voice adds authenticity to the psychiatric setting, while his subtle inflections keep you guessing about each character's motivations. The pacing is deliberate yet relentless, building tension with every turn of the page (or rather, every minute of audio). What sets 'Unhinged' apart is its exploration of psychological complexity and the dark underbelly of medical ethics. Despite some slower moments that might feel dragged out for impatient listeners, the payoff is substantial, making it well worth the time investment.
