Garnet

Garnet is a gripping audiobook that I couldn't stop listening to. The dual narration works exceptionally well, with Maya Beechwood's enthusiastic performance perfectly capturing Aspen's athleticism and determination. Tor Thom's narration, however, is where the story truly shines. His gritty, almost gravelly voice brings a sense of danger and desperation to the island setting, making each moment of tension feel palpable. The pacing is excellent, with Hardt expertly balancing action sequences with moments of vulnerability and connection between Aspen and her love interest. My only critique is that some of the secondary characters could have been more fully developed, but this is a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding audiobook.
