AudioBook Atlas

Kathryn Fields' narration is a standout feature of 'Healer's Touch'. Her ability to convey the emotional turmoil of the protagonist, coupled with her skill in differentiating characters through distinct voices, makes for an immersive listen. The pacing is excellent, building tension and suspense at just the right moments. Howell's world-building is impressive, with a richly drawn setting that feels both fantastical and grounded in reality. However, I found some of the secondary characters a bit one-dimensional, which occasionally detracted from the overall impact of the story. Despite this, 'Healer's Touch' is a compelling audiobook that will appeal to fans of character-driven fantasy with a dark edge.
