Horror Stories of the Pyramids

Cathy Dobson's narration is the star of the show here. Her ability to switch between accents and tones to differentiate characters is impressive, and her pacing is spot on, building tension and suspense masterfully. The stories themselves are a delightful mix of the eerie and the historical, with Doyle's signature storytelling prowess on full display. However, some stories felt a bit rushed, and a few could have used more development. Overall, though, this is a fantastic listen for those looking for a spooky escape into the past. The production is minimalistic, which works well for the most part, but I would have appreciated some ambient sounds to enhance the atmosphere in a few places.
