As I listened to Hot Asset, I found myself completely swept up in the world of Wall Street and the romance between Ian and Avery. Narrators Samantha Cook and Zachary Webber bring the characters to life with their engaging performances, and their chemistry is undeniable. I loved watching their banter and tension build throughout the story, and the way they brought the emotional highs and lows to life. One thing that did strike me as a bit jarring was the way the supporting characters were sometimes relegated to the background. I would have loved to see a bit more development with Ian's colleagues or Avery's family, but overall, the focus on the romance between Ian and Avery was well-executed.
