Williams' narration is excellent, his voice commanding yet approachable, perfectly suited to this material. The pacing is spot-on, never bogging down in jargon, always moving forward with concrete examples. My only critique? I wish there were more real-world case studies. But overall, this is a fantastic listen that will make you a better leader, and a more discerning consumer of influence.
