Christian’s performance as our sharp-witted heroine crackles with dry humor and understated vulnerability, especially during the cringe-heavy blind date scenes—her timing for comedic pauses is impeccable. Dixon’s Alphas are a delicious study in contrasts, from the brooding, possessive type to the chaotic, golden retriever energy that’ll have you screaming at the speakers. Production-wise, the sound design is subtle but effective, using ambient holiday sounds (jingle bells, distant carols) to ground the story without overpowering the narration. That said, the pacing dips in the final third when the emotional stakes ramp up—some key scenes feel rushed, as if Knight couldn’t decide whether to prioritize heat or heart. The epilogue also wraps a tad too neatly, leaving a few threads unresolved for my taste. Still, the chemistry between the leads and the sheer audacity of the premise make this a standout.
