Kushiel's Chosen

As I listened to Kushiel's Chosen, I was immediately drawn into the world of Phédre and Joscelin. Jessica Whittaker's narration was simply stunning, her voice painting a vivid picture of the story's lush landscapes and complex characters. I particularly enjoyed how she brought out the depth of emotion in Phédre's journey, making her struggles and triumphs feel all the more real. The pacing of the audiobook was well-executed, allowing me to become fully immersed in the story without feeling overwhelmed. My only critique would be that at times, the political intrigue felt a bit convoluted, but this is a minor issue in an otherwise captivating audiobook experience.
