Love Letters from a Gangsta

I was blown away by the narration in this audiobook. Anna Lynn Wright captures Scotland's pain and vulnerability with such nuance, it's like she's peeling back the layers of a wounded soul. Tony Isabella's portrayal of Scotland's lover is equally compelling, making it hard not to root for him despite his mistakes. The pacing is excellent, building tension and emotion in a way that had me on the edge of my seat. However, the story can get quite heavy at times, dealing with tough topics like domestic violence and abuse. It's not an easy listen, but it's a powerful one. If you're looking for a romance that's raw, real, and doesn't shy away from the harsh realities of life, this is it. Just be prepared for an emotional rollercoaster.
