Mexican Gothic

Frankie Corzo delivers a tour de force performance in ‘Mexican Gothic’. His narration is so vivid that the old mansion feels as real as your own home. The slow burn builds into a spine-chilling crescendo, especially during those late-night scenes where the walls literally seem to come alive. However, some might find the pacing a tad on the slow side, particularly in the initial chapters. Despite this, Moreno-Garcia’s narrative is a masterclass in atmospheric storytelling, with eerie twists and turns that keep you guessing until the very end. Corzo's nuanced portrayal of the protagonist adds depth to an otherwise challenging character arc.
