Nightrage Rising delivers in spades, thanks to Essie's remarkable bravery and resourcefulness. Elizabeth Phillips' narration is a key factor in the audiobook's success, bringing a level of emotional depth and authenticity to the character that's hard to resist. I particularly appreciated the way Phillips conveyed Essie's inner monologue, which provides a fascinating glimpse into the character's thought process and emotional state.
