Pike

I was hooked from the first chapter. Pike's world is dark and dangerous, but it's also unexpectedly tender. Frazier doesn't shy away from the gritty reality of her characters' lives, but she also infuses their story with moments of profound beauty. The dual narration is a standout feature of this audiobook. Hamilton and Hart have an undeniable chemistry, their voices weaving together to create a narrative tapestry that's as complex and compelling as Pike and Alex themselves. The pacing is excellent, balancing intense action sequences with quieter, more introspective moments. My only critique is that the ending feels a touch rushed, but it's a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding listen.
