The unrelenting focus on sin and judgment can feel overwhelming, especially in the early chapters, and Foot’s deliberate narration (while excellent) sometimes makes the denser sections drag. The production quality is flawless—no distracting edits or volume shifts—but the real star is how Foot handles Liguori’s rhetorical questions.
