That said, the book isn’t without flaws. At 4 hours and change, it occasionally dips into repetitive territory, especially in the latter third where Paton circles back to the same EOS principles with diminishing returns. And while his enthusiasm is contagious, the lack of concrete numbers in some case studies left me wanting harder data—how much did Company X save *exactly*? Still, these are minor quibbles. The core of *Process!* is so actionable that even a listener skeptical of “systems” will find themselves scribbling notes. If your team’s stuck in the weeds, this audiobook isn’t just worth your time—it’s a productivity intervention.
