As someone who's always been curious about the psychic realm but hesitant to dive in, I found 'Psychic Development' to be an excellent starting point. Gilbert's approach is practical and down-to-earth, making the topic feel less intimidating. Quinones' narration is a highlight - her voice is soothing yet authoritative, making complex concepts feel easy to grasp. The pacing is brisk, packing a lot of information into a short duration. However, I did find some of the exercises a bit too quick to absorb in one listen. I had to rewind a few times to fully understand the instructions.
