Pu der Bär

As I listened to Pu der Bär, I was struck by Katharina Thalbach's masterful narration, which perfectly conveys the sense of wonder and curiosity that defines Milne's stories. Thalbach's gentle, lilting tone is well-suited to the character of Pu, and she brings a lovely sense of warmth and intimacy to the narrative. One of the standout aspects of the production is the way it captures the rhythm and pacing of Milne's writing, making it feel like a seamless translation from page to ear. My only minor quibble is that some of the supporting characters feel slightly underdeveloped, and I would have loved to hear a bit more nuance in their portrayals. Overall, however, this is a delightful and engaging listen that is sure to charm both children and adults alike.
