Rain

I was hooked from the get-go. Keating's narration is spot-on, perfectly capturing Alex's sarcastic humor and transforming him from a typical everyman into a hero you can't help but root for. The pacing is relentless, with Harbinger expertly balancing action, suspense, and character development. The production is clean, with sound effects used sparingly but effectively to enhance the listening experience. My only critique is that some secondary characters could use more depth, but that's a minor quibble in an otherwise outstanding listen. If you're looking for a zombie story that's fast, fun, and far from formulaic, 'Rain' is your next must-listen.
