I devoured Ready or Not in one sitting, and I'm still smiling about it. Alex Finke's narration was a big part of the experience - his enthusiasm was infectious, and his ability to convey the different characters' personalities shone through. I particularly loved the way he handled the supporting cast, especially the quirky friends and family members. If I have any criticisms, it's that at times the pacing felt a tad rushed, and some of the supporting plot threads felt a bit underdeveloped. However, these minor quibbles didn't detract from my overall enjoyment of the story. Cara Bastone's writing is witty, relatable, and genuinely heartwarming, making Ready or Not a must-listen for fans of contemporary women's fiction.
