As an audiobook enthusiast, I was swept up in the whirlwind romance and derring-do of Royal Escape from the start. Sam Woolf's engaging narration brought Georgette Heyer's signature wit and sophistication to the fore, and I found myself completely invested in the story of Charles II's daring escape.
