I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of production in this audiobook, which feels remarkably polished for its short duration. Foster's narration is warm and inviting, and he does an excellent job of conveying the enthusiasm and expertise that has earned him a reputation as one of the world's leading sleep experts. The pacing is well-balanced, moving at a brisk clip that keeps the listener engaged without feeling rushed. One of the few areas where the audiobook falls short is in its lack of depth – given the breadth of Foster's expertise, I found myself craving a more in-depth exploration of some of the topics he touches on. Additionally, the audiobook's brevity means that some listeners may find it feels a bit too concise, particularly if they're looking for a more comprehensive guide to improving their sleep.
