Science Fiction Favorites

I've always been fascinated by the way Isaac Asimov's writing seems to defy categorization, blending elements of science fiction, philosophy, and humor with ease. Listening to him narrate his own stories in Science Fiction Favorites only serves to deepen this impression. Asimov's performance is effortlessly charming, and he brings a level of nuance to each story that's simply captivating. My only criticism is that a few of the stories feel slightly disconnected from the rest of the collection - for example, the more lighthearted 'Jokester' and 'The Immortal Bard' sometimes feel like they don't quite fit with the more introspective tone of the surrounding stories. That said, these moments are minor quibbles in an otherwise outstanding audiobook.
