Editor's Review ★★★★☆

AudioBook Atlas

As someone who enjoys a good dystopian story, I was hooked from the very first chapter of Secondborn. Kate Reinders' narration is exceptional, capturing the essence of each character and infusing Ember's journey with a sense of urgency and purpose. Reinders' ability to convey Ember's emotions through her voice alone is commendable, making it easy to connect with her as she navigates the dangerous world of the Fates Republic. One critique I have is that the pacing could have been more consistent, as certain sections felt slower than others. However, this did not detract from my overall enjoyment of the audiobook. If you're a fan of dystopian tales that blend action, romance, and societal commentary, Secondborn is a must-listen.
