I found myself utterly immersed in Drew Harrison’s 'Starfall,' narrated by John Pirhalla with a tone that perfectly balances gravitas and grit. The pacing is brisk, propelling the listener forward without breaking the narrative tension. However, some sections feel slightly overwrought, perhaps due to the complex interplay of tech and magic. The cast of characters is well-developed, especially the main protagonist who drives much of the plot. Pirhalla's performance truly shines in his portrayal of the diverse array of individuals within this cyberpunk world, each with their own distinct voice. 'Starfall' offers a thrilling ride that fans of dystopian futures and intricate storytelling will find exhilarating.
